Our vision is to create a vibrant network of alumni who, through their shared experiences and insights, guide and inspire the students of Ujjain Engineering College in their journey towards personal and professional growth. We aim to offer a range of benefits and services that not only strengthen the bond with our alma mater but also provide valuable mentorship to nurture the skills and potential of the next generation, enabling them to embark on successful and fulfilling careers.
1) Registration of Alumni as a Member of AAUECU.
2) Conduct Annual General Meeting of the Alumni Association every year.
3) Celebrate Gecuites Day every year comprising alumni meet & cultural night in December last week of every year.
4) Helped the Institution to Achieve Accreditation from NBA for Civil & Mechanical Branches.
5) Organised Blood donation camp among with current students as a part of Mech Tech Meet-2019
6) Celebrated Engineer’s Day-2019 as “Appreciate Tree Day” by plantation in college campus.
7) Organised Alumni Meet at Indore and Mumbai to reunite the alumni during 2019
8) Celebrate “Deepawali Milan-2019” at Ujjain for alumni of Ujjain.
9) Attend Silver Jubilee Function-2019 of Batch 1989-93.
10) Attend Alumni Meet at Mumbai during 2020.
11) Acquired 100X100 Sq. Ft. Land from college administration to construct “Office cum Guest House of the Alumni Association” for our Alumni & Visiting faculties coming across the world.
12) Donated 02 nos Oxygen Concentrator to college administration during second wave of covid-19.
13) Helped too many alumni & their respective families during lockdown period in 2020.
14) Done Financial help of Mrs Parashar and fix her job in Alok International school.
15) Attend Golden Jubilee Function-2022 of Pass out Batch 1972.
16) Organised carrier guidance session &provide financial help to EE students for their annual program-2022.
17) Organised carrier guidance session &provide financial help to EC students for their annual program-2022.
18) Provide Financial help for treatment of father of current student Prachi Sharma of bacth-2019 during 2022.
19) Provide Financial help for treatment of mother of Alumni Er. Manish Gwale of batch-2011.
20) Conduct Inauguration of the Alumni Association office in college campus on 02.04.2022.
21) Launch the official Website of Association for registration of alumni and sharing of various activities to alumni in December-2021.
22) Issued Identity card for all members of the Alumni Association.
23) Finalised lay out design of Association Office cum guest house.
24) Attend Golden Jubilee Function-2023 of Pass out Batch 1973.
25) Provide On Campus recruitment of final year students by Er Gulshan Khanna of batch 1968.
26) Provide Financial help for treatment of son of Alumni Suman Sourabh of batch-2007.
27) Construct Compound wall of association office cum guest house.
28) Organised Plantation drive as ‘Save Tree for Future’ on 11th July 2023.
29) Provide Job opportunity to Many Alumni and recent pass out students in various companies.
30) Assist Current Students in Major & Minor internship in various top-class industries and PSU like Grasim, C&G, HAL, MPEB, MPPWD, BHEL, Cummins, Tata Motors, Western Railwa
